Email from Jermey Rodgers from the Chiller Ice rinks concerning the new parking procedure at the Ohio Health Ice Haus. 

Over the next several days, Nationwide Arena and Standard Parking will begin implementing a new “Click & Park” system for managing Nationwide Arena parking garage access. Located in the GAME DAY tab of the ADMINISTRATION folder (Inside the GCHSCHL>Administration) you will find Standard Parking’s detailed explanation of the new policies and procedures. Please read this carefully.   Customers will now have a specific time duration to use the garage, and will be ticketed if they go over – it is important they are informed of the new procedures.

For the next few days or so, Standard Parking will be flexible in making sure customers become comfortable with the new system and they ask our patience as these changes are implemented. As always, use of the arena garage is VERY LIMITED on arena event dates.  The best approach for all Ice Haus customers is to CARPOOL or utilize other nearby parking. The attachment includes a link outlining additional, discounted parking areas you should utilize on arena event nights.

PLEASE NOTE:  If the exit gate is up when cars are leaving the garage, Ice Haus customers must be sure to scan their exit bar code.  If the exit bar code is not scanned, the automated system will assume that the customer overstayed his/her allotted time which will result in a fee or fine.
